Designing for Well-being, Part 1

Event Date: November 20, 2023

When programs, policies, systems, and structures are not examined through the lenses of equity, assets, and inclusion, harm continues and accrues, making change that leads to well-being even harder. How can we learn from what others have done at both program and community levels to create equitable access to well-being? What design principles, assessments, and guideposts can shape our local initiatives? The Full Frame Initiative shares six design principles for creating equitable access to well-being that we can use to assess our work at the program and community levels, featured in a two-part CORE Coffee Chat series.

Watch the recording of Part 1 below, where we explored the first three principles of designing for well-being:

  1. Start with what matters: well-being.

  2. Design and implement with, not for.

  3. Heal and regenerate.
