Presenters: County of Santa Cruz and City of Santa Cruz
Language: English, with simultaneous Spanish interpretation
Location: Virtual via Zoom & In-Person Sessions
The County of Santa Cruz and City of Santa Cruz are planning for the next Collective of Results and Evidence-based (CORE) Investments RFP funding process, and your input is needed! To start the planning, the Human Services Department (HSD) is hosting multiple community engagement sessions in October 2023 to gather input and feedback on setting priorities.
The purpose of the CORE RFP community engagement sessions is to:
Share the process and timeline for the next CORE Investments funding cycle
Gather input and feedback on prioritization and equity implications that will inform the design of the next CORE Investments RFP.
The CORE consulting team (Nicole Young and Nicole Lezin) is assisting HSD with planning and facilitating the community engagement sessions and will provide training and technical assistance once the application period opens.
All sessions will be conducted in English with simultaneous interpretation into Spanish, and bilingual materials will be provided. Select sessions will be recorded and posted on HSD’s CORE Investments web page, along with all official documents and communication related to the RFP.
During these sessions, the questions found in this document will be discussed. Please come ready to share your questions and comments!
If you have questions about the CORE funding process or these community engagement meetings, please contact HSD at COREFunding@santacruzcountyca.gov
The same content will be reviewed and discussed in each session. Choose one date and register to reserve your spot.
