The County of Santa Cruz has committed to developing an organizational framework for equity by August 2023 and wants to hear from people who live and/or work in Santa Cruz County (and people who want to live/work here but can’t, for various reasons). Your contribution through a brief voluntary and anonymous survey will help create an inclusive, shared vision for an equitable county, and help hold County systems accountable as we work together to achieve it.

Please complete the survey by May 31, 2023. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Please share this with your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, and anyone that might be willing to contribute. Thank you in advance!
